Welcome to the Dormick Park Podcast Show! Over the last several years this show has trained several new podcast hosts and production technicians who have recorded, edited and produced the show. This is a great way to get to know the Dormick Family a bit better and help build community! On today’s episode, we shift gears a bit to highlight Jump Rope for Heart, which is an exciting event that our school has been taking part in for several years. Jump Rope for Heart is a fun, educational event organized by the Heart and Stroke Foundation to raise awareness about heart health and fundraise for heart disease research. Children participate by jumping rope and learning about the importance of staying active and eating healthy. Families can get involved by encouraging their kids to join the event at school, collecting pledges from friends and family online.
