The Dormick Park Podcast Show is BACK for another season with NEW hosts and special guests! On today’s episode, we shift gears a bit to highlight Jump Rope for Heart, which is an exciting event that our school has been taking part in for several years. Jump Rope for Heart is a fun, educational event organized by the Heart and Stroke Foundation to raise awareness about heart health and fundraise for heart disease research. Children participate by jumping rope and learning about the importance of staying active and eating healthy.
