StrongStart

StrongStart B.C is a FREE, drop-in early learning program for preschool-aged children accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Qualified early childhood educators lead learning activities, including stories, music and art to help children get ready for success in kindergarten. Parents and caregivers attending StrongStart centres can expect to participate in organized sessions like story time, crafts, music, movement, physical recreation, circle time and in play activities. Parents and caregivers are likely to discover new ways to support their children's learning at home, and may make valuable connections with others attending the centre.

The StrongStart Centres are open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays are 8:30-11:30am. Thursdays are Nature Days we meet at the Nature Garden at Dormick @ 8:45 a.m.
